The
Interchangeable Teflon Clad Stainless Plug
- An ingenious
new design - meeting 3A and USDA standards - features a double-faceted
sculptured plug replacing the standard "bored parts." This reduces
sharp turns and turbulence in the line. With the valve in any
position, the product flow is completely unobstructed.
- A 2mm. thick
teflon envelope encapsulates the stainless steel plug. Results:
perfect seating, a smooth action, no jamming, no metal to metal
freeze. And the teflon-clad plug is conforming: you can interchange
any plug in any two or three-way valve body of the same size!
- Easy to dismantle
for conventional cleaning, the perfect fit of the ITC plug makes
bottom gaskets unnecessary: no sump is created.
- Manufactured
entirely of stainless steel (304 or 316), the ITC Plug Valve is
available in sizes 1" to 3" - Three-way clamp ends, bevel seat,
or weld ends - Two-way clamp ends, bevel seat, or weld ends.
