Lumaco is proud to offer a line of hygienic check valves engineered for reliability and performance. The check valve is designed to prevent back-flow of product and is self-draining when installed vertically.

All product contact components of the check valve series are constructed of grade 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and no porosity.  Check valves are available with EPDM, FKM or PTFE seals, making the valve leak-proof and compatible with most products. Check valve component parts are designed for thorough in-line cleaning, or, a simple twist of the heavy-duty clamp pin dismantles the valve for sterilization and servicing.

Check valves are offered in several sizes: 0.5″, 0.75″, 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″ 3″ and 4″ with weld or clamp fittings standard. All sizes are rated for an initial opening pressure range of 0.5 to 3psi, fully open pressure range of 1 to 4psi and a maximum operating pressure of 150psi. With options for surface finish, seal material and fitting type, the check valve is made to your exact specification to be fully compatible with your system.
